Description
Objectives

Discover how draping can be used to go from a drawing or sketch to the production of a 3-dimensional model, and to quickly visualise details of a garment (collar, pocket, etc.).
Training Programme
Day 1: Basic bodice:
‐Making the basic bodice with added ease.
-Adjusting the fabric, lifting the fabric to make a pattern
Day 2: Work on different cuts and collars:
‐On a ½ front: work on the clips, clip pivot
‐ The different cut-outs (strapless, princess, etc.)
‐ Work on different collars: blouse with or without collar stand, officer collar, Claudine collar
Day 3: Making a bustier:
‐ Corsetry/bustier workshop
‐ Creation of a tight-fitting top, with various clip inserts in the cut-outs
Day 4-5: Creating a personal model
